It started as a simple massage practice called Healing Hands. For 6 years the business was built upon hard work and customer loyalty. Everything was going great, but there was a vision to offer more to our clients than massage. We wanted to truly provide a full wellness center. A place for relaxation and reflection. The vision included group classes, education, different modalities and additional resources for our clients. It included a team of brilliant, competent and compassionate professionals.

Now called Sacred Grove Body & Mind, we're bringing more wellness techniques into our space to provide our valued clients with a better variety of choices to support your lifestyle. Our team of therapists have a combined 20 years experience in the industry. We have a new location in a beautiful, sunny office suite located in the Mary E Clark business development of Hampstead, NH. Our growing practice features 4 treatment rooms, an open space for yoga and meditation and a lounge area for centering and reflection before or after your service.
